On offer is the opportunity to launch and lead the financial operations of a business on a rapid growth trajectory to -4 million and beyond. The company are the leading label manufacturers in the UK, supplying labels to multiple sectors, including food packaging, pharmacy and chemical labels.

This individual will join at the outset of the finance team build-out, playing a key role in designing systems, streamlining reporting processes, and equipping the management team with the financial insight needed to scale efficiently and profitably. This role comes with structured progression routes - from team leadership to senior management - alongside ongoing support for professional development and qualifications. The Role:

• Setting up and maintaining financial systems and controls
• Producing accurate, timely management accounts and reports
• Supporting budgeting processes and tracking variances
• Managing cash flow and controlling debtors

The Person:

• Finance Manager or similar finance background (trainee or experienced)
• Commutable to Sandbach
• Keen to learn, grow, and eventually lead a finance team
