Financial Controller - £75,000 - £85,000 plus LTIP.- Preston (5 days to start, Hybrid/Flex thereafter)Build the finance function of a business set to quadruple in size over the next 12 months.Axon Moore is exclusively retained by a rapidly scaling, pre-Private Equity Healthcare Infrastructure business to recruit its first senior finance hire.The business is currently experiencing exceptional growth and is forecast to increase revenues by 4x over the next 12 months, reaching £10m+ revenue per month due to its niche offering within the market and lucrative contracts. As a result, this is far more than a traditional Financial Controller opportunity.This is a chance to join at the ground floor of a major growth phase, working directly alongside the Managing Director to build the finance infrastructure, controls, reporting and team required to support the next stage of the company''s evolution.Initially, the role will be highly hands-on. You''ll take ownership of day-to-day finance operations, supplier management, payment controls, month-end reporting and cash visibility.
