Financial ControllerWarrington£60,000 - £70,000 per annum + exceptional benefitsPermanentAre you an experienced Financial Controller or Finance Manager looking for a role where you can take genuine ownership of a finance function and have a real impact on business performance?We are recruiting for a Financial Controller to join an established and growing international manufacturing organisation based in Warrington.Reporting to the UK Managing Director and Group Finance, this is a highly visible position with responsibility for the day-to-day management of the UK finance function. You will lead a small finance team while working closely with senior management and colleagues across the wider international Group.The RoleAs Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the finance function, managing a team of two and overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, controls, working capital, payroll and year-end.A key part of the role will be building strong relationships across the organisation, particularly with Sales, Customer Services, Purchasing, Stock Control and Warehouse teams, ensuring Finance is closely connected to the wider business and provides the information needed to support its continued growth.Key Responsibilities:Take responsibility for the day-to-day finance function, providing leadership and direction to a small finance team.Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial information to Group Finance, including clear analysis and explanations of performance and ..... full job details .....
