Financial Controller

Head of Finance - Remote - will only be required in Hertfordshire office for meetings £80,000 - £90,000 + 20-25% bonus 1 year fixed term contract Are you a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys being hands-on and making a genuine impact? This role will be fully remote only going into the office for meetings. This is a 1 year fixed term contract with scope to become permanent. We''re working with an exciting and growing organisation that is looking to appoint a Head of Finance reporting to the CFO to take ownership of the finance function and play a key role in the company''s continued growth. This is a broad and highly visible position, ideal for someone who combines strong technical finance expertise with commercial acumen, and who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels. As Head of Finance, you will take responsibility for the full finance function, providing robust financial insight and supporting the senior leadership team with key business decisions. A key element of the role will be supporting the organisation through MandA activity, including financial due diligence, integration, modelling and post-acquisition reporting. You will also lead on FPandA, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, while ensuring the business maintains strong financial controls and compliance.
