Financial Accounting Manager - Property/Real estate

Are you a qualified accountant with strong statutory accounts experience looking for your next contract opportunity? We are working exclusively with a leading London-based organisation to recruit a Financial Accounting Manager on a 9 month fixed term contract. The Role This is a pivotal position within a busy Group Finance function, with primary responsibility for managing the end-to-end production of a high volume of statutory accounts ahead of a Summer 2027 filing deadline. You will coordinate the external audit process across a significant number of entities, liaise with the Group Tax team on statutory disclosures, and support the wider team with month-end close and the production of the Group''s Annual Report and Accounts. This is a technically demanding role that requires someone who can hit the ground running, manage a complex timetable across multiple entities, and maintain the highest standards of accuracy throughout. Ideally we are looking for someone that has experience working in the property/real estate sector. Key Responsibilities Managing the production of circa 150 statutory accounts across the Group in accordance with IFRS Coordinating external audit across approximately 50 entities Supporting month-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, lenders and investors Contributing to systems and process improvements across the finance function What We''re Looking For ACA or ACCA ..... full job details .....
