Financial Accountant

Your new companyI am currently partnering with a fast-growing property business, specialising in Residential and Commercial Property, who are looking to hire a Property Accountant. Working closely with the Directors and Property Managers, this is an exciting opportunity to gain broad exposure across the business and play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making.Your new role You will play a key role in supporting the Directors and Property Management team. Your responsibilities will include:Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts and board reportsManaging service charge accounts and annual reportingOverseeing daily processing of rent and service charge receiptsManaging bank reconciliations and resolving reconciling itemsCompleting and submitting VAT calculations and returnsProducing monthly and quarterly management accounts and board reportsLiaising with operational teams and providing financial information and supportWhat you''ll need to succeed You''ll ideally be newly or recently ACA qualified from a Midtier practice, with strong accounts preparation experience. Experience working with clients in the property / real estate industry is a bonus.What you''ll get in return You''ll receive a competitive salary of 55,000 - 60,000, alongside the opportunity to work within a supportive and growing business.
