Your new company

I am currently partnering with a fast-growing property business, specialising in Residential and Commercial Property, who are looking to hire a Property Accountant. Working closely with the Directors and Property Managers, this is an exciting opportunity to gain broad exposure across the business and play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making.

Your new role
You will play a key role in supporting the Directors and Property Management team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts and board reports
• Managing service charge accounts and annual reporting
• Overseeing daily processing of rent and service charge receipts
• Managing bank reconciliations and resolving reconciling items
• Completing and submitting VAT calculations and returns
• Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts and board reports
• Liaising with operational teams and providing financial information and support

What you''ll need to succeed
You''ll ideally be newly or recently ACA qualified from a Midtier practice, with strong accounts preparation experience. Experience working with clients in the property / real estate industry is a bonus.

What you''ll get in return
