CMA Recruitment Group is currently exclusively supporting a rapidly expanding property group in the recruitment of an ''Interim Accountant''. Based at the company s Fareham head office, this interim Accountant role is responsible for the production of year-end and month-end accounts and assisting in production of the monthly reports.What will the Financial Accountant role involve? Prepare monthly management packs, including balance sheet reconciliations, cashflows, and detailed analysis.Support with year-end accounts and audit liasonHandle quarterly VAT/CIS returns, responding to any HMRC queries or investigations.Identify and provide solutions of inefficiencies in the transactional team and assist with their development. Suitable Candidate for the Financial Accountant vacancy: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Ability to influence, develop and maintain positive relationships.Ability to problem solve as part of a team and independently.Previous experience working with multiple entities is desirable but not essential.
