Finance Transformation Project Manager / Business Analyst

As the Finance Transformation Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will lead the delivery of our finance change project that will shape how our finance team operates, meets business needs and collaborates with the wider business. Your work will help drive meaningful change initiatives across people, processes, culture and technology to create a more efficient, technology-enabled finance function that delivers sustainable outcomes and measurable value. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract. What You''ll Be Doing Leading the delivery of finance transformation projects and business change initiatives against agreed outcomes, benefits and organisational goals. Managing project scope, priorities, risks, dependencies and resources to support successful delivery. Translating complex business requirements into practical solutions that balance organisational needs and delivery constraints. Providing analysis, insight and recommendations to support decisions where information may be ambiguous, incomplete or evolving. Building alignment across stakeholders with differing priorities, interests and objectives. Influencing the design, implementation and adoption of change to maximise organisational benefit and minimise delivery risk. Facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders, delivery teams, suppliers and partners to achieve shared outcomes.
