Systems Accountant (Finance Transformation)

SF Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Systems Accountant / Finance Transformation specialist to join a growing organisation on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.This is a key role within a major finance transformation programme, supporting the standardisation of finance processes and systems across multiple entities and helping build a more efficient, controlled and technology-enabled finance function.We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) who combines strong technical accounting and finance process knowledge with hands-on finance systems and ERP implementation experience.Working closely with the Programme Manager and senior Finance stakeholders, you''ll act as a key link between Finance, Systems and IT, taking ownership of key areas across finance process design, ERP implementation, testing, data migration and cutover.Key responsibilities Review, map and standardise end-to-end finance processes across multiple entitiesApply strong accounting knowledge to ensure new processes and system configurations meet Finance requirementsSupport the implementation and optimisation of the organisation''s ERP platformTranslate accounting and reporting requirements into practical system and process solutionsSupport the design of the chart of accounts, financial controls, reporting structures and finance workflowsDevelop and execute test strategies, plans, scripts and test casesCoordinate and support SIT and UAT, including defect management, ..... full job details .....
