Finance Transformation Partner/Manager

One of our Finance Services clients is looking for a Finance Transformation partner to support a variety of finance process driven transformation initiatives. Role: Finance Transformation Partner/Manager 12 month FTC (Fixed Term Contract) Salary: £90k - £110k DOE Location: 3 days a week in Central London Company Stanton House is partnering with a high-growth, technology-led organisation to appoint an Interim Finance Transformation Partner on an initial fixed-term contract. The business has experienced significant growth and is now focused on strengthening and scaling its finance operations through process redesign, automation, systems optimisation, and capability development. This is an opportunity to play a hands-on role in improving the effectiveness and scalability of a modern finance function operating within a fast-paced commercial environment. Role The successful candidate will be responsible for redesigning and embedding core finance processes, initially focusing on accounts receivable before extending into accounts payable and month-end close activities. This is a delivery-focused transformation role where success will be measured by the sustainability of the improvements implemented.
