Business Analyst - Finance Transformation

Robert Half Technology are assisting a market leading financial services organisation to recruit a Business Analyst - Finance Transformation on a contract basis. 12-month contract. Hybrid working - London based. Role The Business Analyst - Finance Transformation will support the end-to-end delivery of a Finance Transformation programme, with a particular focus on expense allocation, Finance systems and Accounts Payable optimisation. Lead workshops with Corporate Finance, Fund Finance, Accounts Payable, Technology and Data teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional, data and integration requirements. Analyse and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes across expense allocation, AP workflows, payment processing, reconciliation and management reporting. Define expense allocation logic and rules across funds, deals, SPVs, portfolios and corporate cost centres, supporting both automated allocations and manual adjustments. Work with Technology teams to define system integrations, data flows and reconciliation processes between the ERP, banking platforms and reporting solutions. Support the enhancement and implementation of Finance systems, including ERP, expense allocation and reporting platforms. Define KPIs covering allocation accuracy, AP performance, spend visibility and process efficiency, supporting the delivery of Power BI or equivalent dashboards.
