Job Title: Finance Systems AnalystEmployment type: PermanentLocation: London – HybridSalary:Up to £70,000 per annumSystemsAccountants are assisting a London based Property firm that is expanding its Yardi real estate platform in the UK and seeks a Systems Analyst to provide first-line support. Reporting to the Business Applications Services Manager, the analyst will support 150 users across the UK and Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesManage user support and change requests via ServiceNowDocument and gain approval for changes per audit standardsTroubleshoot and resolve incidents; liaise with Yardi supportSupport system enhancements, including new modules, APIs, and SFTP integrationsRecommend and implement process improvements using Yardi VoyagerOversee user management, access control, onboarding, and trainingStay current on Yardi updates and promote best practicesCore CompetenciesExperience in finance systems supportAnalytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindsetEffective communicator, adaptable, and self-motivatedProven client service and relationship management skillsDesirable ExperienceYardi or similar ERPAdvanced Excel, Power Query, SQLServiceNow, ITILAccounting qualifications (part or full)The incumbent is required on site in London 3 days per week.Please send your CV to camilla@systemsaccountants for ..... full job details .....
