We re now seeking a Finance Officer (Income and Debtors) to play a key role in maintaining strong financial controls and effective income management across the organisation. You ll be responsible for ensuring customer accounts and debtor records are accurate, up to date and fully maintained, supporting both financial reporting and income collection activities. You will raise debtor invoices accurately and promptly across all Group companies, helping to ensure income is collected efficiently and financial information remains reliable and complete. The role also supports the reconciliation of rent accounting and rental income transactions, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will monitor and report on debtor balances, providing valuable insight to support debt management and cashflow forecasting.
