Acting as the in-house expert for bookkeeping and transactional finance, maintaining absolute accuracy. Providing meaningful reports and updates to support business decision-making. Identifying and driving continuous improvements to existing financial systems and workflows. Leading, mentoring and developing a small, dedicated internal finance team. Acting as the primary point of contact for external advisors and stakeholders.
