Job role: Finance Business Manager Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 plus excellent benefitsLocation:BuckinghamshireWorking pattern: Onsite once a week, 4 days from homeHours: 35 hours per weekWe are seeking an experienced Finance Business Manager to play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning, forecasting and business insight across a respected membership-focused organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional to take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across an organisation with annual income of approximately £20 million. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will manage a small team of Finance Business Partners and play a key role in supporting senior leaders with financial insight, forecasting and strategic decision-making. As the Finance Manager, you will be required to: Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities across the organisation. Manage, coach and develop a small team of Finance Business Partners, ensuring the delivery Take responsibility for forecasting and modelling income budgets of a similar scale, approximately £20m+, ensuring robust assumptions and clear financial insight.
