Interim Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Interim Finance Manager to provide hands-on leadership and additional support to an established finance team within a fast-growing, multinational manufacturing business based in Slough. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Management Accountant, Financial Accountant, or similar, with a strong technical accounting background and proven experience of managing the day-to-day delivery of a finance function within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing finance and be comfortable working across both financial and management accounting. Experience of inventory, standard costing, production variances, product costing, gross margin analysis, budgeting and forecasting will be highly advantageous. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced interim who can quickly understand the needs of the business, take ownership of key finance activities and provide stability and support to the existing team. Experience within a multinational manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment would be highly desirable. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a hands-on role, with responsibility for month-end, management reporting, financial analysis, balance sheet control, inventory reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
