Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to support UK manufacturing operations within a dynamic and rapidly growing medical device manufacturing environment.This is a highly visible position that combines financial and cost accounting, operational finance, business partnering, and process improvement responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with operations, engineering, supply chain, and senior leadership teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls, insightful business analysis, and the delivery of initiatives that drive profitability, efficiency, and business performance.This role is ideal for an ambitious finance professional who combines strong technical accounting expertise with a proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver an accurate and timely month-end close process, including journals, accruals, reconciliations, reserves, and account analysis.Prepare monthly management reports, providing clear financial insights, commentary, and recommendations.Maintain balance sheet integrity through regular reconciliations and reviews.Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, accounting standards, internal policies, and financial controls.Support year-end statutory audits and coordinate audit requirements and reporting schedules.Assist RandD and project teams with project accounting, revenue recognition, and cost tracking.Take ownership of inventory accounting, ..... full job details .....
