Finance Manager (Not-for-Profit)

A not-for-profit organization based in Leamington, providing much-needed support to specific sections of the community, is seeking a down-to-earth, professional finance professional to work in a small team alongside a passionate and caring Finance Director.The role would broadly entail daily cash management, assisting with monthly management accounts, budget reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, and any other duties required to ensure the smooth running of the department, which in turn should provide financial information with which to make future commercial decisions. Some transactional assistance is on hand from other, more junior members within the team.
