Experienced Finance Manager required to work for prestigious Client in Rugby. Managing a small team of admin staff you will be responsible for the Finance Department, produce quarterly accounts, report financials to the Board,prepare annual budgets and forecasts, provide finance appraisals on new members, oversee to IT coordination and oversee annual audit. Ideal candidate will be professionally qualified ( CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with sound accounting and budgeting knowledge. You will have at least 3 years experience of managing a team in a financial management role, able to prioritise workload and display a flexible approach to workl as well as be able to work at times under pressure. You will be proficient in Financial reporting tools as well as haveing a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel at Intermediate level. Strong presentation and communications skills are necessary as well as keen eye for detail and commercially astute. If you have experience of introducing a new Finance sysytem this would be very advantagious. 25 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays 35 hour working week Monday to Friday. ..... full job details .....
