Finance Manager

The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business. This is a newly created role offering the chance to take ownership of the finance function, working closely with senior leadership to provide financial rigour, commercial insight, and strategic support.This is a hands-on position where you''ll be responsible for everything from producing management accounts and cashflow reporting through to profitability analysis, forecasting, and business partnering. You''ll play a key role in helping the business make better decisions and drive future growth.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting and Management InformationPrepare monthly management accounts, PandL reports and cashflow statements. Produce monthly management information packs and financial performance analysis.Deliver variance analysis against budget and prior periods. Develop financial dashboards and KPI reporting. Financial Control and SystemsMaintain and reconcile accounting systems and ERP integrations.Ensure accurate reconciliation across sales channels and operational systems. Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies. Drive improvements to financial processes, controls and reporting.Commercial FinanceAnalyse profitability by customer, channel and product categorySupport pricing decisions, commercial negotiations and growth initiatives.Build and maintain budgets, forecasts and financial models.
