Finance Manager
Location: East Kent - office-based, with some travel
Salary: -55,000 to -65,000 DOE
Qualified: ACA | ACCA | CIMA

We are seeking a qualified Finance Manager to join a growing, international business in a varied and commercially focused role.

Working closely with the leadership team, you will take ownership of day-to-day finance operations, management reporting and month-end processes, alongside supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses.

Key Responsibilities for the new Finance Manager:

• Lead month-end reporting, P&L and balance sheet preparation.
  
• Oversee transactional finance, including accounts payable, receivable and invoicing.
  
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital reporting.
  
• Support year-end audit, tax compliance and financial controls.
  
• Drive improvements to finance processes and systems, including ERP implementation.
  

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  
• Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
  
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded, with strong communication skills.
  
• Demonstratable experience in a similar busy and fast paced role or potentially Audit-trained candidates looking to make their first / second moves into industry are encouraged to apply.
  
• Experience with ERP systems, multi-entity businesses or IFRS would be advantageous.
