Senior Finance Manager Location: Broadstairs, Kent Salary: 60,000 - 65,000 per annum (DOE) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Work Pattern: Office Based The Opportunity Our client is a successful and well-established multi-site business operating across East Kent, with a strong reputation and an established team. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Finance Manager to take overall responsibility for the finance function and play a key role within the senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you''ll have a broad remit covering financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial controls, while also providing the commercial insight needed to support ongoing business performance and growth. This isn''t simply a role focused on producing the numbers. The business is looking for someone who can look at how the finance function operates, identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, and take the lead in introducing more efficient and modern ways of working. You''ll have genuine visibility with senior management and the opportunity to influence how the business makes financial and commercial decisions.
