£65,000 - £75,000 per annum plus benefitsOur client a leading and growing global real estate firm are seeking a Finance Manager to join their dynamic finance team in London covering operations in both UK and Europe.This role involves supporting financial reporting and accounting, ensuring compliance and regulatory reporting, and managing internal controls and risk management.The successful individual will also provide corporate finance and treasury support for our group''s portfolio across Europe.It is key for this role that an individual has strong real estate knowledge and brings demonstrated hands-on corporate accounting experience.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Partner with stakeholders within and outside finance functions locally and overseas to ensure timely delivery of financial accounts.Review monthly local reporting packs, bank reconciliation, and statutory financial statements.Prepare year-end audit schedules and reporting packs.Manage financial forecasting, budgets, and ad hoc financial reports.Liaise with external auditors for statutory audits and prepare regulatory filings such as VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and other local taxes.Implement and monitor compliance with regulations and internal policies.Drive process improvements and coordinate internal and external audits.Oversee finance facilities and reporting to lenders, ensuring adequate levels of debt across all entities.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an audit/accounting environment, preferably within the Pan-European real estate sector.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with European real estate markets, offshore corporate structures, valuation methodologies, and asset management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package, excellent pension and discretionary performance related bonus.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Dynamic and supportive work environment - Hybrid working 3 days per week in the office.To apply for this Finance Manager position, please submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and ..... full job details .....
