As a

Finance Manager , you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our catering and client services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. If you have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for the catering industry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Operate in a finance business partner role, supporting Operations Directors to manage their business and achieve ambitious financial targets.Use trend analysis and forecasting techniques to highlight risks and opportunities in a timely manner to maximize benefits to the business.Provide support and training to operational teams to ensure Operations Managers and Location Managers can maximize operational efficiency of their teams and contracts.Identify and implement initiatives to deliver sustainable operational improvements.Control the month-end process and provide timely and informative financial and operational information to internal and external stakeholders.Work effectively as part of a team of 10 finance business partners.Participate in internal annual budget setting for regions and overheads.Qualifications

A lively, outgoing personality.Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA).Proven ability to work with and analyze large data sets.Experience in a multi-site retail business, ideally within food service/catering, but this isn’t essential.A motivated, self-starter with a pro-active approach to work.Excellent written and verbal communication skills—comfortable interacting across all levels of the business in formal and informal settings.Excellent Excel skills.Strong commercial mindset.A passion for delivering improvement.Additional Information
