This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where finance plays a critical role in driving strategic decision-making and business performance.Your new role Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of both the financial reporting and financial planning and analysis functions, providing accurate financial information and valuable commercial insight to support business growth.You will lead a small finance team of three junior accountants, overseeing their development whilst ensuring the delivery of a high-quality finance service across the organisation.Key responsibilities will include:Leading the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes.Managing the preparation of statutory accounts and supporting external audits.Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards and internal controls.Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning activities.Delivering insightful management information, variance analysis and performance reporting.Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.Identifying trends, risks and ..... full job details .....
