What the Finance Manager will actually do: Lead the day-to-day operations of the finance function ensuring compliance with internal and external timetables Take ownership for the accurate and timely production of monthly management accounts and commentary, providing clear insights into financial performance and key trends Act as a business partner to operational teams to monitor targets and identify areas for improvement Mentor, support and develop members of the finance team Develop KPI s/reporting to effectively monitor business performance and drive efficiencies/increased profitability Continually looking to improve financial systems, policies and procedures with a focus on automating manual processes Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements and support treasury management Support budgeting and forecasting processes Prepare reports and analysis for executive and ..... full job details .....
