Finance Manager

We''re supporting a growing business with the appointment of a Finance Manager to strengthen core financial control while developing broader commercial and business-partnering capability.This role is well suited to a 2-4 year PQE qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) who is confident in month-end delivery and keen to step into a more rounded, forward-looking finance role.The RoleReporting into a senior finance leader, you''ll take ownership of day-to-day financial control while being actively supported to build skills across modelling, analysis and stakeholder engagement.Key responsibilities include:Full month-end close, including journals, accruals, prepayments and balance-sheet reconciliationsOwnership of management accounts and variance analysisMaintaining strong financial controls and processesSupporting budgeting, forecasting and scenario / what-if modellingPartnering with non-finance stakeholders to help interpret financial performanceAd-hoc commercial analysis to support decision-makingAbout YouQualified accountant with 2-4 years PQEStrong grounding in financial control and month-end processesComfortable working with management accounts and balance sheetsKeen to develop business partnering and financial modelling skillsCommercially curious, with the confidence to ask questions and challenge assumptionsAdvanced Excel skills; modelling experience welcomed but not essentialWhy This Role?A genuine development opportunity beyond core reportingExposure to commercial ..... full job details .....
