About the Role As Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day financial operations and month-end accounts reporting to a Group Financial Controller.Key responsibilities include: Leading the month-end process and producing accurate management accountsManaging budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cyclesProviding insightful commentary on performance and variancesSupporting the development of processes, controls, and reporting frameworksBusiness partnering with operational and commercial teamsOverseeing cashflow, balance sheet integrity, and key financial KPIsSupervising and developing of one member of staff This is a broad, hands-on role offering a great mix of financial control and commercial exposure, would suit a Management Accountant taking a step up or an experienced Finance Manager.
