Finance Manager

About the Role

We exclusively partnered with a prestigious privately owned real estate investment and development company based in central London in their search for a Finance Manager to join its close-knit team. This role is ideal for a qualified finance professional with a background in property finance who is looking to take ownership of a broad and hands-on finance function. You will play a key part in managing the financial operations of a diversified portfolio of central London assets. This includes everything from financial reporting and budgeting, to compliance, cash flow, and investment support. Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of management accounts and month-end reportingStatutory compliance including VAT, CIS, ATED returns, and liaison with HMRYear-end audit support and journal entriesManaging AP/AR, reconciliations, and internal controlsCash flow forecasting across multiple SPVs and group entitiesAssisting with financial modelling, investment appraisals, and acquisition due diligenceSupporting budgeting, variance analysis, and performance trackingLiaising with lenders, monitoring covenants, and managing debt complianceDriving finance system improvements and automation initiativesMinimum requirements:

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualifiedExperience in a similar finance role, ideally within real estate or commercial propertySolid knowledge of UK property structures such as SPVs, JVs, and REITsStrong Excel; financial modelling skills is an assetExperience with accounting/property systems like MRI or Horizon is a plusIf this is relevant to you, please apply ..... full job details .....
