Finance Manager

This is a broad and varied role supporting multiple international entities, ensuring robust financial controls, statutory compliance, and accurate financial reporting across a complex business environment. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting expertise, experience working within multinational organisations and a passion for continuous improvement, automation and driving best practice across finance operations. What will the Finance Manager role involve? Lead month-end reporting, financial close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and the preparation of management reporting packs Act as a key contact for statutory audits, internal controls, compliance activities, and financial reporting requirements Support cash flow forecasting, payroll accounting, tax-related processes, and the overall financial governance framework Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent accounting qualification Experience of US GAAP, IFRS and FRS102 Experience working within an international or multinational business Additional benefits and information for the role of Finance Manager: Hybrid Working Competitive salary Free parking Salary dependent on experience CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
