About the Role Reporting to the Directors you will oversee all aspects of the company''s financial operations, including management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management. You''ll provide insightful financial reporting to support strategic decisions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a finance function and support the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver accurate management accounts, financial reports, and year-end accounts.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Oversee cashflow, working capital, and financial performance.Ensure compliance with VAT, Corporation Tax, and accounting standards.Manage, coach, and develop a finance team.Collaborate with project managers to provide financial insights supporting project delivery and profitability.Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support growth.
