This role suits someone who enjoys working closely with the Managing Director, supporting commercial decision making while ensuring the finance function runs smoothly and efficiently.You will lead a small finance team, oversee all transactional activity and produce management accounts / financial reporting. This is a varied, end-to-end role where you''ll be involved in everything from ledger oversight to strategic input.With the business switching to Xero in the near future, any hands-on experience with the platform would really strengthen your application and help you hit the ground running!Duties Will IncludeTaking ownership of the monthly management accounts and giving the MD clear, useful insightLeading and supporting a small finance teamKeeping day-to-day finance running smoothly across AP, AR, bank recs and payment runsManaging month-end and year-end processes and working closely with the Finance DirectorMaking sure balance sheet reconciliations are accurate and up to dateKeeping ..... full job details .....
