Finance Lead

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, the Finance Lead role is responsible for ensuring the financial operations runs smoothly whilst overseeing budgets, forecasting, financial accounting and performing business partnering. The role is a hybrid position with 1 day a week attendance in their London office.Client DetailsA small independent Parliamentary body with offices in London.DescriptionThe Finance Lead will manage the organisation''s day-to-day finance function and provide timely, accurate and accessible financial advice to the Director of Corporate Services, senior stakeholders and budget holders.Your duties will include:Producing monthly management accounts, budget monitoring reports and financial forecasts.Supporting medium-term financial planning, business planning and financial modelling activities.Producing financial reports, management information and financial analysis for senior management and committees.Work proactively with budget holders and senior colleagues to support informed decision making and financial accountability.Contributing to financial efficiency through analysis and reporting of financial performance and costs.Managing month end reconciliations and financial transactions, including payment, income and banking processes.
