Finance Director

Finance Director / London SF Executive are working exclusively with a successful, international business to appoint a Finance Director for a key division of the Group. This is a broad Finance Director role combining strong commercial and operational finance leadership with the opportunity to help shape the next stage of growth. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the financial performance of the division, providing greater insight, challenge and visibility across the business. The role will have responsibility for the day-to-day finance function, but we are looking for somebody who can operate well beyond the numbers. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to improve decision making, drive performance and ensure Finance is a genuine business partner across the organisation. Key areas of responsibility will include: Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planningProviding commercial insight around profitability, pricing, costs and investment decisionsImproving the quality, accuracy and visibility of management informationOwnership of financial reporting, controls, cash flow and working capitalLeading and developing the finance teamDriving improvements across finance systems, processes, reporting and automationSupporting the wider leadership team with strategic projects and growth initiativesWorking closely with Group Finance and senior stakeholders across an international organisation We are looking for a qualified ..... full job details .....
