Working closely with the Executive Team, you will take a strategic view of the organisation''s financial position, ensuring robust financial strategies are in place and help ensure the finance function is fit for the future.Key ResponsibilitiesReview existing financial practices, controls and reporting to ensure the organisation has an accurate and robust financial picture that reflects current business needs.Lead the development and implementation of a budgeting process that is fit for purpose for the 2026/27 budgeting cycle (October 2026 to March 2027).Review, develop and drive a finance systems transformation programme, ensuring processes, systems and reporting support organisational objectives.Provide strategic financial advice and challenge at Executive and Board level.Identify opportunities to improve financial governance, efficiency and decision-making across the organisation.Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.About YouYou will be an experienced finance professional with:A proven track record operating at ..... full job details .....
