Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Develop strategies to optimise financial performance and support business goals. Provide detailed financial reports and insights to the founder/CEO and all key stakeholders. Lead, develop and mentor the finance team to maintain high performance standards. Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management processes. Collaborate with other departments to align financial planning with operational strategies.
