This is a pivotal leadership role partnering with senior executives across multiple international markets, helping drive financial performance, strategic decision-making and future growth. The successful candidate will lead all aspects of commercial finance, FPandA, reporting, business partnering and team leadership across a diverse international portfolio whilst acting as a trusted advisor to operational and commercial leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Strategic Finance and Business PartneringPartner with senior international leadership teams across EMEA, APAC and North America.Provide commercial insight to support strategic decisions, growth initiatives and operational performance.Influence leadership teams through robust financial analysis and actionable recommendations.Support new business opportunities, investment decisions and organisational change projects.
