Job Description We''re looking for a Change Management Specialist to join our growing team, with a strong focus on Finance transformation initiatives. This role is based in London and sits within the People Programmes, Experience and Analytics team, partnering closely with Finance and other key functions to support delivery of critical change programmes. This role will play a key part in driving successful adoption of large-scale Finance initiatives, including Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation, SOX compliance enhancements, and other high-impact Finance change programmes.
