Finance Business Partner

We are partnering with a well-established Private Equity backed global organisation to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner for their growing team in York.This is a pivotal position within the business, offering the opportunity to work closely with both operational and commercial stakeholders to deliver meaningful financial insight, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the successful execution of key business initiatives.The successful candidate will play a central role in interpreting complex financial information and transforming it into clear, actionable recommendations, establishing themselves as a trusted advisor and valued business partner across the organisation.Key Responsibilities will include:Partner with operational teams and senior leaders to drive business performance.Deliver meaningful MI, including detailed financial analysis and variance reporting.Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.Provide clear financial insight and recommendations to improve profitability.Support commercial decision-making through robust financial analysis.Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the organisation.Continuous improvement of financial reporting, processes, and controls, leveraging business intelligence tools.Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below qualifications/experience:Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)Passionate about partnering with the wider ..... full job details .....
