Finance Business Partner

Robert Half are working in partnership with an established organisation in Swindon to recruit a Finance Business Partner role on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity that will play a pivotal role in business partnering with a specific entity, presenting to stakeholders and carrying out financial analysis and reporting tasks as well as month-end management accounting duties. The Finance Business Partner role will be suitable for someone that is part/newly qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA, has proven management accounting experience and someone that is keen to thrive within a business partnering capacity and progress within a business that is renowned for offering long-term career development. The salary is between £45,000 - £55,000 plus study support, hybrid working, annual bonus and other excellent benefits. The Role The main duties of the Finance Business Partner will consist of the following: Preparing the budgets and forecasts. PandL analysis and reporting. Balance sheet review and reporting. Financial analysis; variances, risk/opportunities, trends. Month end reporting; accruals, prepayments, journals, reconciliations. Business partnering with various stakeholders; presenting financial data and building/maintaining strong relationships.
