Client Details This organisation operates in the Not For Profit sector and is based in Harrow. Description Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling and analysis. Work closely with departmental managers to monitor financial performance. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies. Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and audits. Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements. Provide advice and training on financial processes where required. Profile A successful Finance Business Partner should have: Strong experience in accounting and financial analysis. A recognised qualification or part-qualification in finance or accounting. Proficiency in financial software and Excel. Excellent communication skills to liaise with non-financial stakeholders. An analytical mindset with attention to detail.
