HR Business Partner

Vacancy: HR Business Partner Hertfordshire 30 hours per week 9 Month FTC Our client - based in the Hertfordshire- are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join their central HR function on 9 month fixed term contract on a part-time basis. The role is 30 hours per week, and the hiring manager is flexible how these hours are worked per week! Start date: Dependent on notice period, ideally October 2026 Salary: £54,000 per annum (FTE) Duties will include (but not limited to): Provide strategic and operational HR Business Partner support across a broad generalist remit, advising managers and senior leaders on a wide range of people-related matters Support organisational change and workforce planning, advising on HR implications, workforce requirements, organisational structures, employee engagement and potential employee relations risks Coach and influence managers to strengthen their people management and leadership skills, providing guidance on performance, conduct, absence and employee development, while constructively challenging inappropriate behaviours and decisions Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance and absence cases, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes Build strong relationships with managers and senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted HR adviser and providing proactive, commercially focused advice aligned with organisational strategy Support he ..... full job details .....
