About Our ClientMy client is one of the UK''s largest housing groups and a leading developer.

Responsibilities

Provide financial analysis on potential Development activities and potential land sales.

Provide and clearly communicate the current financial position and impact on future forecasts for all Development activity.

Ability to challenge complex project appraisals and work with the business to continuously review performance of development projects. Run project reviews at completion.

Support land teams in writing and reviewing business cases, making sure they meet the Group''s objectives and ensuring Development teams have access to sound financial support.

Support FD in preparing presentations and papers for Senior Management and Boards.

Lead the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Collaborate with various departments to drive financial performance improvements.

Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.

QualificationsA successful Finance Business Partner Manager should have:

Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA/ICAEW/equivalent).

Appropriate proven experience in a Housebuilding financial position.

Extensive experience of using Microsoft Excel to provide business information.

Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.

Ability to develop and maintain constructive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Excellent leadership skills with a collaborative approach.

Track record of making improvements and focusing on innovation in previous roles
