Finance Business Partner / Management Accountant Northampton £40,000-£45,000 Permanent I am working confidentially with an established organisation in Northampton to recruit a Finance Business Partner / Management Accountant. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of management accounting but equally wants to work closely with operational stakeholders and have a more visible role across the wider business. The position will combine hands-on management accounting with genuine business partnering, supporting managers to understand financial performance, manage budgets and make informed commercial decisions. Key responsibilities will include: Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Working closely with operational managers, providing financial insight and support Helping budget holders understand performance, risks and opportunities Month-end accounting including accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations KPI and performance reporting Supporting improvements to financial processes, controls and reporting Building strong relationships across finance and the wider organisation About you You may be professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or qualified by experience (QBE).
