HR Business Partner Milton Keynes with occasional travel to other sites 37.5 hours per week, Monday Friday Hybrid working Up to £60,000 per annum plus benefits Permanent Our client is a leading wholesaler and distributor. They are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide proactive, commercially focused people support primarily across Milton Keynes. Reporting into the Head of People and working closely with site leaders and managers, you will play a key role in improving people performance, strengthening management capability and supporting business change. This is a hands-on and influential role, combining expert employee relations support with proactive business partnering. You will use people insight and data to identify priorities, address workforce risks early and drive practical improvements across areas including absence, retention, resourcing, employee experience and organisational change. Key Responsibilities for the HR Business Partner: Build strong relationships with site leaders and managers, providing pragmatic and commercially focused people advice. Coach managers to confidently manage performance, conduct, absence and employee relations matters. Lead and support complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent and timely outcomes. Use people data and insight to identify trends and agree targeted actions to improve absence, retention, turnover and employee experience.
