Finance Business Partner Manufacturing (Coalville) 3 days on-site / 2 days remote Up to £60,000 + £6,000 car allowanceAbout the JobI am an experienced Finance Business Partner specialising in manufacturing environments, providing accurate financial insight, cost control, and performance improvement. I work closely with operational and commercial teams to support decision-making, improve profitability, and ensure strong financial governance across multiple sites.DutiesProduce monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis and KPIsManage and control PandL and Balance Sheet for multiple entitiesPrepare and deliver budgets and forecasts with a high degree of accuracyAnalyse pricing and margins to support commercial decision-makingMonitor and control capital expenditure, including project appraisalLead regular on-site reviews with stakeholders and budget holdersComplete and review balance sheet reconciliations to identify risksImplement and maintain financial controls across sites and departmentsSupport internal and external audit requirementsPartner with operations and sales teams to drive performance and cost controlExperience RequiredQualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA)Strong experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partneringManufacturing or operational finance experience (desirable)Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilityExperience with ERP systems (including JDE) and reporting toolsStrong understanding of pricing, margins, and cost ..... full job details .....
