Job Description: Assistant Finance Business PartnerLocation: Coalville (3 days on-site / 2 days remote)Salary: Up to £42,000 + car allowanceRole OverviewThe Assistant Finance Business Partner supports the delivery of accurate financial reporting, analysis, and insight across a manufacturing environment. Working alongside senior finance colleagues, the role partners with operational and commercial teams to support decision-making, improve cost control, and drive business performance. This position offers excellent exposure to core finance processes and business partnering, with opportunities for development.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and performance reportingAssist in managing elements of the PandL and Balance Sheet across multiple sites or cost centresContribute to the budgeting and forecasting processAnalyse pricing and margins to provide insight into business performanceAssist with monitoring capital expenditure and supporting project appraisalsParticipate in regular performance review meetings with operational stakeholdersPrepare and support balance sheet reconciliations, highlighting risks and discrepanciesEnsure adherence to financial controls and support ongoing process improvementsAssist with internal and external audit requirementsBuild relationships with operational and commercial teams to support cost control and performance initiativesSkills and Experience RequiredPart-qualified ..... full job details .....
