Description

As the Finance Business Partner, your role responsibilities will include:

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support strategic planning by delivering actionable financial recommendations.
• Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Present financial data to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Drive cost optimisation initiatives across the business.
• Act as a trusted advisor on financial matters within the organisation.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Experience in financial analysis, FP&A and business partnering within a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
