As Finance Business Partner you’ll play a key role in delivering insight into operational performance, driving commercial benefits, and supporting systemisation and process improvements. You’ll be instrumental in budgeting, forecasting, and providing analytical support across key areas such as stock, cost of sales, and operational overheads.Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting and reforecasting for operational areasDeliver monthly KPI and gross margin analysis, including COS Price Volume MixPartner with operational leadership to optimise performance and prove resultsEnhance and develop KPIs to drive operational insightLeverage tools like Power BI, Prophix, and SPSS to improve reporting and analyticsSupport integration of newly acquired businessesContribute to board pack commentaries and strategic initiative trackingAssist in ERP and data tool integrationQualifications

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA QualifiedStrong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiencyExperience working with large datasets to drive commercial insightAbility to translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsExposure to FPandA or financial modelling toolsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a self-starter with a progressive career mindsetJob Details
